Goal Groups\/Integration Themes:<\/strong> Research Description: Dr Segal is a clinician-teacher and is involved in teaching throughout the educational continuum from the most junior medical student to postgraduate endocrinology fellows.<\/p>\n Dr Segal is the medical director of the diabetes program at the University Health Network and is the chair of the Banting & Best Diabetes Centre’s QUEST Committee.<\/p>\n PubMed Link:

\n<\/strong>Phillip Segal completed medical school at the University of Alberta and his training in his Internal Medicine and Endocrinology at the University of Toronto. In 2011 he was recruited as an assistant professor in the division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Toronto. He has completed the Master Teacher and the cQUIPS quality improvement program at the University of Toronto as well as the UHN-Rotman Leadership Development Program.<\/p>\n
