BBDC QUEST is pleased to announce the Diabetes Shared Medical Appointments (SMA) Program<\/strong> developed in conjunction with the University Health Network. This exciting new initiative brought a group of people living with diabetes together to jointly meet with a variety of healthcare professionals and engage in group education sessions.
